This house was purchased from an estate.  The person who inherited the property contacted us.  We agreed on a price and in less than thirty days they had their cash!  This house was full of furniture!  We removed the furniture and began the rehab.  We installed a new kitchen including recessed lights, cabinets, granite countertop and stainless steel appliances.  Hardwood flooring was installed in the dining room.  The walls, ceilings and trim were painted in neutral colors.  All new switches and plugs were installed along with light fixtures and heat registers.  This house is currently for sale!
